Refund Policy & MOQ Requirements
MOQ is to be the same of one product and scent! Can not mix and match to meet MOQ!
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges unless the fault was ours. If you chose the wrong scent, size, or color of something ... you will not be refunded. You cannot exchange or get refunded due to simply not liking the scent of something or or changing your mind or any other reason similar to that. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Accidents happen! If we are at fault ... you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to make it right immediately! I stick to this and WILL NOT do refunds weeks, months and months later!
Rude and nasty behavior will not be tolerated. If this should occur, we will simply not work with you on the issue(s) anymore. You will be removed from our group on Facebook and you will not be allowed to contact us or order from us again.
If you have any questions please contact us via Facebook messenger or by phone (text or call). Please don’t comment on the group page or on random pictures in the group with questions about your orders. They run the risk of me not seeing them and it doesn’t/won’t get a faster response.
